Jo is amazing, she has so much skill and knowledge. I learnt so much from her. Jo Wallace has been the best tutor you could ask for. She has been very patient with me whilst learning, always checks in to make sure I’m all right and know what I’m doing and have the right tools to do so. She is very knowledgeable and is always able to answer any questions I’ve had. She is always there to show you how to do anything you’re stuck with. Watching Jo do demonstration has been really helpful too. She never rushes you into anything you’re not ready for. Really helpful

I have really enjoyed doing the course with jo. Jo has always been very helpful and always asked us if we needed any extra help or study sessions which I think are brilliant as you get to hear others and it helps with the unit work. Jo also done group sessions on anything we was struggling with.

I started training with Jo at Terrington Tails when I started my level 3. Jo taught me everything I know from bathing, drying and clipping nails to completing full grooms. I loved the environment I was working on as it gave me the confidence to push myself. At one point I never thought I wouldn’t get there but with Jos persistence, support and encouragement and not to forget patience’s of a saint we got there.
